As promised, the presentations are now ready for viewing and downloading online. I hope that you will find these a useful supplement to the information you received at the conference itself. 

If there are any presentations missing, this is because the speaker in question has not given us authority to distribute their slides. Please do, however, check for updates over the next week or so as some missing presentations may be added during this time. 

The presentations will remain on the website for just one month.
