- During each lunch break at the conference and summit, we will allocated a number of VIP tables hosted by a member of the esteemed TransFin speaker faculty, including investors, project sponsors and construction companies. Delegates and Speakers can sign up in advance to join a particular host and enjoy an informal conversation over lunch.
WANTED: Infrastructure Funds for the NEW Quick-Fire Showcase
- You have all been asking for a view on the new infrastructure funds landscape, who is fund raising and investing in what and how! This year we would like to give any infrastructure fund, regardless of size or profile, a 'road show' quick-fire pitch to our delegates, to introduce the market to their USPs and strategies. - How to get deals done in the current financial climate is a challenge for all and we are inviting those players in closed deals from 2009 to host informal discussion tables and discuss the different types of deals on the market and key derminants for structuring towards financial close. Get down to the nitty gritty of raising and sturcturing finance for different types of transactions.
NEW - Latest New From The Deal Pipeline - Revolving Discussion Groups
- There are many interesting transportation projects in the pipeline at different stages in the transaction process. So that you can keep up-to-date with the latest news on these projects, TransFin will be running 'revolving' discussions along side the afternoon streams hosted by a major player in each proejct. The discussion groups run at 20 minute intervals and are directed by your questions and interest. You do not need to register for a discussion and can attend as many of the disssions as you choose - if one table is full, you simply move onto the next and return when the whistle blows.

- The 2010 stream sessions will provide indepth expertise from project developers and financial strategies on the innovations in project development. Assessing different types of transaction models and successful case studies, you will get concrete examples of how to adapt financial models to get projects on the move.
