Highlights / Key Themes
- In 2009 we doubled the opportunities for delegates to meet dozens of LPs in a structured way and participants lapped it up. Over two separate sessions of Speed Networking, attendees met dozens of investors face-to-face, shook hands, swapped business cards, introduced themselves and explained their business, before moving on to the next one. Everyone left with a fist full of business cards and a list of great prospects to follow up from the office. Fast, efficient and fun - where else could you meet with so many quality prospective investors so efficiently?
- Brand new in 2009, we introduced the Strategy and Practice Stream for maximum insight and learning. Bringing together the very best in debate and interaction, brilliant panels tackled the most critical challenges facing GPs and then joined participants in face to face discussion - to bring about a real exchange of ideas, learning and critical understanding. A brilliant innovation to add to SuperInvestor's superb thought leadership and value.
- A brand new agenda of the most important themes and very hottest discussion topics was enjoyed by delegates in the format of interactive roundtable discussions. 20 leading speakers hosted face-to-face debate with participants in two hour-long sessions of learning, interface, networking and fun. And as champagne was served throughout, these brilliant discussions provided a perfect beginning to the evening's networking drinks reception.
- For the first time ever, the Secondaries Summit provided a single day bringing together the leading players with investors and experts. ALPINVEST, HERMES PRIVATE EQUITY, RREEF, CPP INVESTMENT BOARD, GREENPARK CAPITAL, HARBOURVEST and ADAMS STREET PARTNERS were amongst those who debated the challenges and reality of opportunity in this red-hot market in one intensive and value- rich day.
