Petr Rojicek is Partner and Chief Investment Officer at ALPHA Associates, an independent private equity fund-of-funds manager based in Zurich, Switzerland, with USD 2b assets under management. ALPHA Associates builds and manages globally diversified private equity fund portfolios for institutional and private investors, and is also the leading fund-of-funds manager for private equity in Central & Eastern Europe.

Roger is a Partner at SL Capital Partners (formerly Standard Life Investments Private Equity Limited) which manage in excess €6.3 billion of capital on behalf of 150 clients worldwide. He is responsible for all aspects of private equity investing, sits on 10 European private equity fund advisory boards and has responsibility for a portfolio of direct co-investments. Roger joined Standard Life Investments in 2002, prior to which he worked in M&A and Corporate Finance at Goldman Sachs.

Henry co-heads private equity for Bank Gutmann.  His alternative investments team manages 48 primary partnership interests, secondaries, and co-investments in buyouts, growth capital, and special situations.  He has experience in principal investing, due diligence of partnerships, and active portfolio monitoring, with additional expertise in emerging markets.  Prior to Bank Gutmann, Henry was with Bank Austria Group and Spectrum Capital Partners. 

Gordon Hargraves has been actively investing private equity since 1993. He is a Partner with Rho Fund Investors ("RFI") and has overall responsibility for its activities. RFI is the division of Rho Capital Partners that commits to venture capital and other specialized private equity funds whose strategies afford unique advantages, such as domain expertise, operational expertise or focus on a particularly attractive sector.

Koonal Gandhi is currently a Director at The Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), an agency of the US Federal Government working on private equity transactions across Asia, the Middle East and Africa, Russia and Eastern Europe and Latin America.

Brian focuses on the sourcing, selection and monitoring of private equity funds in Asia at Pantheon.  He was previously a portfolio director with CDC Group, the emerging markets specialist, where he helped build their Asian portfolio and sat on a number of private equity and other fund advisory boards in the emerging markets. Prior to that, he was with Watson Wyatt where he advised institutional investors on private equity selection and investment strategy.

Patricia has responsibility for managing the BRIC Opportunities Funds, focusing on Brazil, Russia, India, China. Prior to joining Siguler Guff in 2004, she was at Cambridge Associates, where she led the emerging markets private equity advisory business.
