Highlights of the 2009 Geneva Aviation Forum included:

We were delighted to welcome once again 'the great & the good' of the aircraft finance & commercial aviation industry to this event. Here are some of the hightlights:

  • Information & discussion in multiple formats - The latest industry & market  developments were discussed through keynote presentations, interviews, debates, electronic voting and champagne roundtable discussion groups.

  • Despite the current economic climate 450+ industry professionals were in Geneva to meet, learn and network with each other.
  • 2 networking cocktail parties provided a critical, informal setting to really get down to detail in discussing problems and solutions facing the industry and to meet with old contacts and new.
  •  

  • 450+ Spotme devices were distributed so delegates could identify who was there and make contact with them.
  •  

  • 2 speed networking sessions. Something new for 2009, these sessions enabled 40 attendees to meet in these quick-fire sessions.
  • 1 hands-on workshop on practical strategies in a downturn. Once again well-attended. Thank you to MBA for leading this.
  • 20 champagne roundtables for information discussion. As always, these were very popular, with attendees enjoying the opportunity to question the leading speakers and discuss their own views.

Another Successful Event

We would like to thank all our sponsors, exhibitors, speakers & attendees for their contribution to another successful Geneva Forum. It was great to see you all at the event and we are looking forward to working with you as we start our plans for the 24th Annual Conference, which will take place in March 2010.
